Our July meeting will feature District 7 Council Representative Emily Benedict and District 35 Council Representative Dave Rosenberg. Mr. Rosenberg is the sponsor of BL2019-48, which would change Nashville’s zoning rules to allow for the operation of certain home-based businesses in Nashville. The bill is currently in its amended form as Second Substitute BL2019-48 and is slated for a third and final vote before the Metro Council on July 7.
